This project was created during my Typography 2 course taught by Olya Domoradova in the Spring of 2023. As students we where given the simple prompt of creating an invitation for the event of our choosing. I choose to brand a fictional music festival entitled "Wunderworld", creating a acrylic and cardstock exclusive invite as my final product.

I set out to create a piece with a somewhat timeless feel. After several iterations I settled on a layered design, with a lasercut acrylic envelope displaying the overarching festival information. The acrylic allowed the colorful event location cards to still show through giving dimension to the design without interfering. Utilizing materials other than paper also made for a more premium feel, which was in line with the
"VIP" aspect of the festival invite I wanted to create.
